2. Orders & Payment
Pre-Orders: All AC units require full payment via bank transfer before processing.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change due to supplier costs, taxes, or exchange rates.
No Refunds: All sales are final; no cancellations or refunds once payment is received.
3. Delivery & Pickup
Timeline: Delivery/Pickup within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Pickup Rules:
Customers must collect within 48 hours of notification at Shop 16 - Halfmoon Street, Coral Gardens, St James.
Late Pickup Fee: $500 JMD/day after 48 hours.
ID Requirement:
Valid government-issued ID required for pickup.
If third-party pickup: Signed authorization letter from purchaser + pickup person’s ID.
4. Warranties & Liability
Manufacturer Warranty:
5-year compressor warranty, 1-year parts warranty (Edjitsu units only)
Returns: Defective units replaced only (no refunds). Shipping costs for replacements covered by SmartBreeze.
Disclaimers:
Not liable for improper installation, physical damage post-pickup, or missing parts unreported at pickup.
Customers must inspect units before leaving pickup location.
5. Dispute Resolution
Jurisdiction: Disputes governed by Jamaican law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Saint James courts.
Mediation: Parties agree to attempt mediation through the Consumer Affairs Commission (CAC) before litigation.
Force Majeure: Not liable for delays due to hurricanes, supplier issues, or other events beyond our control.
